Feature Recap: At the start of the 25-lap feature it was McCreadie who took the early lead ahead of Madden, Hoffman, Moran and Pierce. The early race leader roared out to big advantage by lap 5 as the action was fast and furious in the opening laps.

The top-5 cars held station until a lap 8 caution for Koehler slowed the lightning fast pace. During the yellow flag condition, defending series champion Erb came to the pit area for a tire change. Top-5 runner Pierce also pulled pit side and dropped out of the race.

On the restart, McCreadie continued to lead with Moran moving up to second ahead of Madden, Gustin and Shirley. But just like the first green flag run, McCreadie pulled well ahead of his pursuers as the race approached the 10-to-go mark.

When slower traffic became a factor, Moran closed on the race leader quickly. On lap 20, Moran drove by McCreadie for the top spot on the leaderboard. But a lap 21 caution for the slowing car of Roland would bunch the field once more. Just prior to that, Moran and Roland had made contact as Moran looked to lap Roland.

On the restart, the cars of Clanton and Gundaker received significant damage and had to pull off track.

Over the closing laps, Moran pulled away from the pack to claim victory.
