Chris, the son of former boxer Chris Eubank, ranked the third best British super-middleweight boxer of all time, was appearing on the show ahead of his fight against Liam Smith on 21 January.

And Ben was the unlucky opponent for Chris’ Thursday morning training as he screamed in both apparent shock and pain while receiving punches to the midriff.

During the chaos, Ben shouts: ‘Longest 20 seconds of my life!’

Co-stars Kate and Ranveer look on with their jaws dropped to the floor while watching their colleague take plenty of punches.

He seemed to take it like a champ though as he gave Chris a light-hearted hug after suffering a beating.

After the 20 seconds was up, Ben revealed he thought he should have gone to the toilet, hinting that some of the punches might have hit him directly in the bladder.

But Ben appeared in good spirits after the ordeal was done as he laughed it off before removing his stomach shield.

It comes after Ben recently revealed he almost turned stripping in his university days in a bid to make money.

Speaking on That Gaby Roslin Podcast last month, the Good Morning Britain host, was asked what his dream role would have been and joked that he could be in the new Magic Mike film.

The 2012 franchise is based on Channing Tatum’s experiences as a male stripper.

Ben’s adult dancing dreams in his student days were thwarted by his now-wife, Annie, who intervened and talked him and his friend out of it.

Gaby then quipped: ‘Oh, no you’ve done that,’ and to her surprise, Ben replied: ‘I have done that, actually’.

Well explained: ‘Me and Sam, my housemate – we decided to get some money. We were going to be strippers at the end of University time.

‘And we were going to do some of the sport teams’ end-of-season parties to get some money.

‘Annie talked us out of it at the time and… I’m not sure that was such a good idea.’

The presenter also revealed he and Sam nearly performed for the lacrosse girls’ end-of-season party after Gaby asked if he ever ended up stripping.

He said: ‘We did get asked to do the lacrosse girls’ end-of-season do and we were all for it.’

Ben added that he had been trying to teach his housemate some ‘moves’ ahead of their performance.

However, his wife Annie intervened again and managed to stop the two of them doing the show.

She said: ‘You are kidding, aren’t you? You know you’re not going to do this. As much as this seems like a really good idea to the two of you, you are not going to do this.’

Ben said: ‘So that was one thing she stopped me doing. And she’s always so encouraging!’

The broadcaster went on to marry his university sweetheart and he and Annie now have two sons, Sam, 17, and Jack, 15, together.

Annie was a philosophy student when Ben was studying contemporary dance at Birmingham University.
